Terms of use
Last updated 22 October 2026
Business Plus is a business software service run by Bytexa ("we"). These terms apply to every organisation that uses it ("your organisation") and to the people it invites. Your organisation's order or invoice may add to them; where they differ, the order wins.
1. The service
- We provide the modules switched on for your organisation, such as B+ Ticket, over the internet.
- We may improve or change features. We will tell your organisation's admins before removing anything they rely on.
- We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not promise a set uptime unless your order says so.
2. Accounts and sign-in
- Your organisation's admins invite users, choose their roles and remove them when they leave.
- Users sign in with a passkey on their own device. Keep your device locked; tell your admin at once if it is lost.
- Sign-in links are personal and work once. Do not forward them.
3. Your data
- Everything your organisation puts into the service (customers, tickets, reports, signatures) belongs to your organisation. We use it only to run the service for you.
- Each organisation's data is kept apart from every other organisation's.
- How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy policy.
4. Fair use
- Use the service lawfully and only for your organisation's business.
- Do not try to reach other organisations' data, test our security without our written consent, or overload the service.
- You are responsible for what your users enter, including any customer personal data you have collected.
5. Fees
Fees, if any, are as agreed in your organisation's order or invoice. We may suspend access if an invoice is unpaid after a reminder.
6. Suspension and leaving
- We may suspend an organisation that breaks these terms or does not pay. Suspension keeps the data; resuming restores access.
- Your organisation may stop at any time by telling us. On request we export its data before it leaves.
- After an organisation leaves, its data and user accounts are erased 90 days later. Backups roll over within a further period of up to 90 days.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any year is limited to the fees your organisation paid us in that year.
8. Changes and law
- We may update these terms and will tell your admins of material changes at least 30 days before they apply.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
